01Which KPIs can the work use?
The KPI follows the business objective. Awareness may use appropriate reach, frequency, or video-completion measures; traffic may use qualified visits and landing behaviour; enquiries or conversions depend on the agreed definition, tracking, and data access. We define the primary KPI, supporting metrics, and measurement limitations before launch.
02Which advertising channels can ACS manage?
The current scope includes Search Ads; Facebook, Instagram, and Threads Social Ads; Collaborative Social Ads with third-party pages; and Online Display or Video Ads such as digital banners and YouTube Ads. The actual platform, feature, and placement mix follows the objective, accounts, budget, assets, and availability.
03What does Collaborative Social Ads include?
ACS selects potential third-party pages according to the audience and content context, then manages outreach, quotes, schedules, briefs, asset requirements, delivery, publication, and feasible paid amplification arrangements. Final collaboration remains subject to page policies, content acceptance, availability, platform features, and supply.
04What does end-to-end management include?
Within the agreed scope, ACS manages the KPI brief, media plan, campaign or placement setup, access and asset coordination, third-party communication, launch, status updates, monitoring, optimisation, and close-out. Management frequency, response times, and reporting depth are defined before work begins.
05Is advertising creative production included?
Asset specification, version alignment, and delivery can sit inside the media scope. A new creative concept, design, shoot, video edit, or high-volume production requirement is connected to Creative Strategy & Production and scoped separately.
06How are media spend and third-party fees handled?
Media spend, third-party page costs, and service fees are stated separately. Payment, top-up, minimum spend, cancellation, and rescheduling terms follow the actual platform or supplier arrangement.
07Can ACS guarantee that the KPI will be achieved?
No. A KPI defines direction, comparison, and management decisions; it is not a guarantee. Performance also depends on the product, offer, creative, competition, budget, tracking, platform changes, landing experience, and market conditions. We state the visible signals, limitations, and recommendation clearly.
08How is KPI-driven Advertising different from UNDARIS?
UNDARIS interprets online conversation and Hong Kong context. KPI-driven Advertising covers planning, paid placement, campaign management, and optimisation. They may begin with the same business question, but their evidence, scope, budgets, and performance measures stay separate.
